2 small cup (200g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (75g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Cumin Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Garam Masala
1 tsp (3g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Olive Oil

Preparation
- Boil fresh green peas in water for few mins, Ensure the peas are not watery; pat them dry if needed. Drain and keep aside.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed green peas, chopped onion, chopped green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Once done, remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
