Moong Dal Sabut (Green)
1 small cup (100g)
Egg, poultry, white, raw
8 medium (264g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Chopped Tomato
0.25 cup (50g)
Chopped Cucumber
0.25 cup (50g)
Chopped Green Chilli
2 tsp (4g)
lemon juice

Instructions
Preparation
For Boiling Egg & Dal:
Boil the eggs in salted water for 9-12 minutes.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Use a small spoon to remove the yolks and chop.
Wash and soak moong dal in water overnight.
Pressure cook moong dal for 1-2 whistles.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled green moong dal, chopped egg whites, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, and chopped green chili. Mix well.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
