Onion Finely Chopped

Red chilli Power

1 small cup (100g)
Chopped Tomato
0.25 cup (50g)
Green Bell pepper
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Ginger Paste
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Garam Masala
0.5 tsp (1.5g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the soaked moong dal and transfer it to a blender. Add ginger paste, green chili paste, and salt. Blend to a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Mix well.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix again.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray some cooking spray or add a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until it is also golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Serve hot.
