Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Green Mango Masoor Dal Recipe, first clean and wash the masoor dal well

Step 15: Add mustard oil and heat the mustard oil until smoky
Step 16: Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, nigella seeds and methi seeds to the pan
Step 17: Allow them to crackle for few seconds
Step 18: Add broken red chillies and fry for another few seconds
Step 19: Pour this tempering over the dal
Step 20: Turn off the heat
