Preparation
- Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly to remove dirt and impurities.
- Remove thick stems from the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Roast cumin seeds lightly.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, and water.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if required to adjust consistency.
Taste and adjust salt, or lemon juice as needed.
Transfer the chutney to a clean bowl or jar.
Serve fresh or refrigerate.
