Step 1: To begin making the Green Chilli Vegetable recipe, take green chillies and cut into small pieces

Step 2: Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add mustard seeds

Step 3: Once the mustard seeds starts to crackle, add green chillies

Step 4: Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder

Step 5: Mix it well and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Step 6: Once it is cooked, then add lime juice and sugar
