Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make green chili chicken fry, first wash and dry the chicken thoroughly
Step 2: Now add chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, lemon juice and mix in a bowl
Step 3: Cover and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
Step 4: Now in a mixer grinder, add green chili, ginger, garlic, coriander, onion and grind them
Step 5: Keep it separately
Step 6: Now in this mixer grinder add some water with tomatoes and grind it
Step 7: Keep it separately
Step 8: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 9: After the oil is heated, add long, cinnamon, green chilli paste and cook it for 2 minutes
Step 10: After 2 minutes, add the chicken and cook until the chicken changes its color
Step 11: Now add tomato puree to it and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 12: Add coriander powder, salt and cook for 5 minutes
Step 13: After 5 minutes, add 1/2 cup of water and cook the chicken till the chicken is cooked well
Step 14: Serve
