Green Beans (Chopped)
1 cup (200g)
Coconut (Fresh)
1 small piece (20g)
Cumin seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Mustard seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Split Urad Dal (Raw)
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Chana Dal (Raw)
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Curry leaves

Instructions
Preparation
-Grate fresh coconut. keep aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Sauté for a minute until the dals turn golden brown.
Add curry leaves. Sauté for another 30 seconds.
Add chopped green beans and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until the beans are cooked.
Add grated coconut and mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the coconut is heated through.
Serve hot.
