Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make gourd peel chutney, first heat oil in a pan
Step 2: Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and urad dal
Step 3: After 10 seconds, add dry red chillies and asafoetida
Step 4: Turn off the gas after 20 seconds
Step 5: Tadka is ready for your sauce
Step 6: Add some more oil to the same pan
Step 7: Add green chili, green coriander, tomatoes and gourd to it
Step 8: Add salt, turmeric powder and some water and cook until the gourd becomes soft
Step 9: After cooking, turn off the gas and allow it to cool
Step 10: After cooling, pour this mixture into the mixer grinder
Step 11: Now add half of the tempering mixture and tamarind
Step 12: Add some water and grind it
Step 13: Take it out in a bowl
Step 14: Add the remaining tempering and mix it
Step 15: Serve Serve gourd peel chutney with spinach dal, sev tomato vegetable and phulka for dinner
