Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and ginger to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the gobhi florets to the pan and stir to combine with the onion and ginger.
Sprinkle the, coriander, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower. Stir to evenly coat the cauliflower with the spices.
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low. Allow the cauliflower to simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until it becomes tender.
Transfer the gobhi vegetable mixture to a serving bowl.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
