Besan (chickpea flour)
1 small cup (120g)
Cauliflower
1 cup, grated florets (200g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Coriander Powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add grated cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Add gluten-free flour to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead it into a soft and pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
On a clean surface, dust a ball with some gluten-free flour and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out paratha on the hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
