Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a wok, heat oil and sauté green chili and grated ginger for a minute and then add gobhi florets and cook for 15-20 mins.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and let it simmer on a medium flame.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Serve hot.
