Step 1: To begin making the Goan Sorak Curry recipe, in a mixer jar take all the ingredients mentioned under Masala to grind

Step 2: Add a little water and grind to a very smooth paste

Step 4: Next, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan

Step 5: Once it's hot, add the ground masala and slit green chilli into it

Step 6: Saute for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame

Step 7: Later add water, salt to taste, jaggery and kokum

Step 8: Mix well and allow the curry to simmer for few mins till it starts bubbling

Step 9: Switch off the gas

Step 10: Garnish with coriander leaves
