Step 1: To begin with Goan Pumpkin Sabzi, heat a wok, add all the ingredients and 3/4 cup of water

Step 2: Mix and let it simmer with lid closed till the water in wok gets absorbed and the pumpkin gets cooked

Step 3: If the pumpkin is still hard, add more water and simmer

Step 4: Adjust salt according to your taste
