Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make goan egg drop curry, first of all add gravy sari ingredients, salt and oil to a mixer grinder with 1/2 cup of hot water and grind it well
Step 2: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 3: Add finely chopped onions to it and let it cook till it becomes soft
Step 4: After softening, add garlic and cook for 1 minute
Step 5: After 1 minute add the powdered mixture to it and mix
Step 6: Add water, salt and cook as per the experiment
Step 7: When boiled take one egg and burst it over the gravy
Step 8: All such eggs boil one by one
Step 9: Discard the outer skin
Step 10: Allow the egg to cook in the gravy
Step 11: Take some gravy and pour it over the egg so that the egg cooks well
Step 12: When the eggs are cooked, turn off the gas and serve hot
