Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Ginger Garlic Tofu curry, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
Step 2: Add crushed ginger and garlic and cook it till it turns golden brown
Step 3: Once it is done, add chopped spring onion whites, greens and chilies into the pan
Step 4: Stir it well
Step 5: Add chopped carrot and mix it properly
Step 6: Add turmeric powder, tomato chili sauce and pepper powder
Step 7: make sure everything is mixed properly
Step 8: Add soya sauce, vegetable stock and coconut milk and stir everything nicely
Step 9: Cover the pan and cook it for about 10 minutes
Step 10: Add tofu cubes and salt according to your taste
Step 11: Let it cook for about 10 minutes more
Step 12: Add corn flour dissolved water and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 13: Switch off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl
