Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add grated ginger paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped bottle gourd and mix well.
Cook for another 5-10 mins.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
