Bottle gourd, elongate, pale green
1 small (200g)
lemon juice
1 tbsp (15g)
Grated Ginger
0.5 tbsp (5g)
Cucumber
200 gms (200g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash and peel the ghiya and cucumber and chop it into small pieces.
Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
Add the chopped ghiya , cucumber and ginger to a juicer. Blend until smooth.
Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add lemon juice and salt to the juice. Mix well.
Pour the juice into glass.
Serve immediately.
