Wash, peel, and chop the ghiya, cucumber and amla.
In a juicer, combine the chopped Ghiya, cucumber, Amla, and fresh mint leaves & blend it.
Once the juice is ready, strain it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any larger particles and obtain a smoother texture. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
If you prefer your juice chilled, you can either refrigerate it for a bit or serve it over ice cubes.
Give the juice a good stir before serving.
