Step 1: To begin making the Gawar Phali Methi Ki Sabzi Recipe, chop the cluster beans/ gawar phali and keep it ready
Step 2: Add the chopped vegetables into a pressure cooker with 3 tablespoons of water along with some salt to taste
Step 3: Pressure cook for 2 whistles and release the pressure immediately
Step 4: Open the lid of the pressure cooker to maintain the green color of the vegetable
Step 5: Heat a pan with oil, add ginger & garlic and saute till they turn soft
Step 6: Add in onions and saute and cook till the onions turn translucent
Step 7: Once the onions are soft, you can add chopped tomatoes now and add a pinch of salt and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy
Step 8: Add chopped methi leaves and saute till the leaves wilt, this will take about 3 minutes
Step 9: Once done, add the cooked Gawar Phali, along with red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, garam masala powder and sugar
Step 10: Mix well, saute for about a minute until all the ingredients are well combined
Step 11: Give the Gawar Phali Methi Ki Sabzi a taste and adjust the salt and spices accordingly
Step 12: Turn off the heat
