Besan (chickpea flour)

Red chilli Powder

Turmeric powder

Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and 1 tsp oil.
Add water in batches and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
Boil enough water in a saucepan and add the gram flour balls. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes or until they float on the surface.
Drain the water and let the balls cool. Cut them into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute.
Add low-fat yogurt and stir well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Add the cut gram flour dumplings and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens and the dumplings are well coated in the gravy.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot .
