Prawns, small

Clove Garlic, Minced

Preparation
-Clean and devein the prawns. Wash them thoroughly.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but do not let it brown.
Add the prawns to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Drizzle lemon juice over the prawns and toss well.
Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
