Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Garlic Crust Vegetable Pizza recipe, firstly mix yeast powder in luke warm water and keep it aside for 15 minutes
Step 2: In a big bowl, add all purpose flour, garlic, oregano and mix everything well
Step 3: Slowly slowly add the reqired water and kneada soft dough
Step 4: Cover it and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 5: After 20 minutes, add activated yeast, olive oil and kneed for 2 more minutes
Step 6: Let the dough ferment for 3 to 4 hours
Step 7: Cover with a lid and put it aisde in a warm place
Step 8: After 3 to 4 hours, you will see the dough is raised
Step 9: Take it out of the bowl, cut it into 2 equal size balls and let it rest for 10 minutes
Step 10: Sprinkle some flour on your working table or platform and knead this dough again for a few more minutes
Step 11: Again put this dough in a bowl for second fermentation, this time put it at the warm place for an hour only
Step 12: Pre-heat oven at 200 degree celsius
Step 13: Apply some oil in your palm and take out the pizza dough from the bowl
Step 14: Knead it for 2-3 minutes and make a nice round shape pizza base
Step 15: Transfer the pizza base to a buttered baking tray
Step 16: Apply Pizza sauce and sprinkle loads of grated mozzarella cheese on it
Step 17: Now places the sliced vegetables on the pizza which includes onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn and black olives
Step 18: Sprinkle some more cheese on the top
Step 19: Place in the preheated Oven at 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
Step 20: Increase the baking temperature to 220 degrees and bake further for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bread is soft and done
Step 21: Once it is done, take out of the oven and serve hot
