Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Garlic Amla Chutney Recipe, first wash the amla, cut and remove the seeds
Step 2: Now wash the mint, green coriander and keep it aside
Step 3: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add small onion, garlic and cook the onion after it becomes soft
Step 5: Now add amla, mint, green coriander and cook it for 2 minutes
Step 6: Turn off the gas
Step 7: Allow this mixture to cool
Step 8: Pour this mixture in the mixer grinder with salt, a little water and make a paste
Step 9: Keep it separately
Step 10: For tempering, now heat oil in a tempering pan
Step 11: Add the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, cashews and cook until cashew is light brown
Step 12: Add this tempering to the chutney and mix
Step 13: Mix well and serve
