Step 1: To begin making the Gajar Shalgam Ka Paani Wala Achar recipe, cut vegetables into thick slices and wash it nicely
Step 2: Add 1-1/2 cups of water and the vegetables in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 1 whistle
Step 3: Turn off the heat and allow the steam to release naturally

Step 5: In a separate pan, dry roast mustard seeds, cumin and fennel along with some fenugreek seeds and crush them partially using a mortar pestle

Step 7: Give a gentle boil and turn off the heat
Step 8: Allow the pickle to cool down completely and later transfer it in a jar or any container and store in fridge
