Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot (gajar), oats flour, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water gradually to the mixture to form a soft and pliable dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into flatbreads.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Flip the roti and cook on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Apply oil on both sides of the roti and cook until crispy and golden brown.
Repeat the process for all the rotis.
Serve hot.
