Gajar Halwa
Gajar Halwa is a traditional Indian dessert made from grated carrots, milk, and sugar. In this recipe, we replace the sugar with dates, which provides natural sweetness and extra fiber. This healthier version of Gajar Halwa is gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan, making it suitable for many dietary preferences. This dish is high in protein, fiber, and vitamins, thanks to the carrots and dates. However, people with a dairy allergy should avoid this dish.
