Cooking Steps
Step 1: We begin making the Fujian Style Hot Dry Noodle Recipe by boiling the noodles in a saucepan with water, boil till it cooked, strain the water and show the noodles under tap water

Step 4: Mix well and rest it for 10 minutes
Step 5: Next, to make the sauce, add all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix it till it combines, you adjust the taste by your liking
Step 6: Then add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss it well till every noodle is coated, add the picked radish, spring onions and garlic chopped
