Cooking Steps
Step 1: To prepare Fruit Pachadi recipe, take a paste of coconut, green chillies and mustard seeds in a blender using a little water
Step 2: Keep it aside
Step 3: Heat a pan and add chopped fruits and two tablespoons of water
Step 4: Cook on simmer for about 5 minutes or until fruits are softened
Step 5: Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar or jaggery
Step 6: Stir and add the coconut paste
Step 7: Cook for a few minutes more until the water is absorbed
Step 8: Remove fruit pachadi from heat and add whisked yogurt
Step 9: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves
Step 10: Saute for a minute
Step 11: Pour the tempering over the fruit pachadi
Step 12: Mix to combine
Step 13: Refrigerate until served
