Skimmed Milk
1.5 medium cup (375g)
Makhana
2 cup (40g)
Saffron
1 gm (1g)

0.25 cup, sliced (50g)
Grapes, seeded, round, green
0.25 cup (50g)

Instructions
Preparation
Heat skimmed milk until warm (not boiling).
Add the makhana, kesar, soaked and peeled almonds and cardamom powder to the warm milk.
Let it soak for 15-20 minutes to soften the makhana and infuse flavours.
wash and slice grapes.
Cooking Steps
Transfer the soaked makhana mixture into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
In a large container, add all the chopped and sliced fruits (apple, banana, grapes, and pomegranate seeds).
Pour the blended makhana mixture over the fruits.
Cover the container and refrigerate the custard for 2-3 hours to allow it to chill and set.
Serve the chilled custard in individual bowls and enjoy a refreshing, healthy dessert!
