Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine foxtail millet flour, wheat flour. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll them out into thin circles.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place a rolled-out roti onto the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes until small bubbles form.
Flip the roti over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.
Serve hot.
