Foxtail Millet (Raw)
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Onion
0.25 small cup (25g)
Carrot
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Green Beans (Chopped)
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Olive Oil

Ginger Paste

0.25 cup, cubed (50g)
Instructions
Preparation
Wash and soak little millet for 20 minutes.
Add millet and water to a pot. Cook until soft and grains are separate. Keep aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil.
Lightly sauté paneer cubes until golden. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil.
Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, onion & ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Add chopped carrot & green beans, turmeric, salt, and black pepper powder. Stir-fry on medium heat until vegetables are tender but retain their crunch.
Add cooked millet to the stir-fried vegetables.
Mix gently, then add sauteed paneer cubes.
Toss for 1–2 minutes. Switch off heat. Transfer in a bowl.
Serve it.
