Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, dry roast the flaxseeds on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until they start to pop. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In a blender, combine the roasted flaxseeds, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chili, chopped garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until you have a coarse powder.
Add water, a little at a time, and continue blending until the chutney reaches your desired consistency.
Transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve.
