Preparation
Clean and Cube Fish: Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
Soak Wooden Skewers: soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix skimmed milk curd, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, oil, and chopped coriander leaves.
Add the fish cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat each piece evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Thread the marinated fish cubes onto the skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced for even cooking.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the fish is cooked and slightly charred.
Serve hot.
