Step 1: To begin making the Eggs Benedict with caramelize onion and Hollandaise Sauce Recipe, we will first make the Hollandaise Sauce
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, vigorously whisk the egg yolks and lemon juice together until the mixture is thickened and is fluffy and almost doubled in volume
Step 3: Place a saucepan half filled with water on low heat
Step 4: Allow the water to come to a simmering bowl
Step 5: Place the whisked egg yolk mixture over this saucepan taking care that the bowl does to touch the water
