Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Eggless Whole Wheat Pineapple Muffins Recipe, Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2: Line the muffin tin with paper liners and brush with oil
Step 3: Sift together wheat flour and baking powder and keep aside
Step 4: In a large bowl, take yogurt and add sugar, oil, vanilla essence and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
Step 5: Mix together without lumps
Step 6: Gradually add the flour, the chopped pineapple and beat well until just about combined
Step 7: Spoon the pineapple muffin cake batter into the cavities

Step 9: Insert a tester like toothpick in the center and it should come out clean
