Cooking Steps
Step 1: To prepare Eggless Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti Recipe, whisk oil and powdered caster sugar in a bowl until a smooth texture

Step 9: Using a serrated knife, cut the log into 1 inch thick slices
Step 10: Place the slices on their sides on the baking sheet
Step 11: Bake for 10 minutes and take out
Step 12: Flip them and bake for 10 more minutes
Step 13: Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
Step 14: It will become even more hard after cooling
