Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Eggless Cake Pops recipe, first sieve all the dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside
Step 2: Take a bowl and blend/whisk butter for 5 minutes using a blender
Step 3: It should become light and fluffy
Step 4: Then add oil and sugar and whisk for another 3 minutes
Step 5: Further add vanilla extract and milk (half) and whisk
Step 6: Now, add in rounds the dry ingredients and fold them nicely
Step 7: Keep adding rest milk as required
Step 8: Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
Step 9: Pour the batter in the cake pop mould
Step 10: Bake for 15 minutes at 150 degree Celsius
Step 11: Let it cool properly else the pops might break
Step 12: The next step is to frost the pops
Step 13: Melt the dark and white chocolates separately in a bowl
Step 14: Attach a toothpick stick or a pop stick to the cake pops
Step 15: Now, dip the cake pops in the chocolate bowls and cover it from all sides
Step 16: Place them in a vertical positions and decorate with sprinkles of your choice
Step 17: Let them cool properly before serving
