Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
Add chopped spinach, shredded cheese, , salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and pour the egg mixture into each cup.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the egg white bites are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Use a butter knife to loosen the egg white bites from the muffin tin and remove them.
Serve warm.
