Quinoa

Egg, poultry, white, raw
4 medium (132g)
Carrot
0.25 cup, grated (50g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Besan (chickpea flour)
2 tbsp (30g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt

Black Pepper

Instructions
Preparation
-Boil quinoa properly.
-Boil egg whites and grate it once its cool down.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add grated egg whites, boiled quinoa, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt. Mix well.
Knead the mixture well to form a dough-like consistency.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a cutlet.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, gently place the cutlets in the pan and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a tissue paper.
Serve hot with.
