Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Discard the yolks.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Add salt, black pepper, and green chilies. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray.
Pour the egg white mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the egg evenly.
Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes and coriander evenly over the omelette.
