Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Egg Muffin With Vegetables recipe, preheat the oven at 200 degree
Step 2: Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a wok/kadai
Step 3: Add all vegetables including red and green capsicum, spring onion and spinach
Step 4: Saute for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
Step 5: Let it cool down
Step 6: On other hand, take a bowl and crack all the eggs
Step 7: Beat them properly
Step 8: Add green chillies, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt to taste
Step 9: Grease muffin tray with rest of oil
Step 10: Once the vegetables cool down, mix them with eggs
Step 11: Add the egg mixture in the muffin tray using a spoon
Step 12: Sprinkle some grated cheese on it
Step 13: Pop the tray into the oven for 15 to 18 minutes until the tops are firm to touch
Step 14: Once its done, take them out and enjoy hot fluffy egg muffin
Step 15: Serve Egg Muffin With Vegetables along with a toast and Masala Chai for breakfast
