Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Egg Lifafa Paratha recipe, In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, 1 egg and a little oil
Step 2: Mix it well, add water and start kneading till it turns to a smooth dough
Step 3: Keep the dough aside for 20 minute
Step 4: Take another mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them properly
Step 5: Add chopped onion, green chilli, chopped tomato, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste
Step 6: Now apply some ghee or oil and knead the dough again to make clean dough
Step 7: Divide dough in equal 6-7 ball
Step 8: Take one ball, dust some dry flour on it and start rolling it with rolling pin
Step 9: Apply some ghee/oil on top of rolled dough
Step 10: Fold from both reverse side
Step 11: Apply some ghee and fold both reverse side
Step 12: It'll be square in shape
Step 13: Dust in some dry flour and roll out dough again and make a square shape
Step 14: Put it on griddle on low flame
Step 15: Put egg mixture in between, add some mozzarella and fold the paratha from both sides and do the same for other side and sealed them completely
Step 16: Fry paratha from both sides with ghee or oil
Step 17: Serve hot
Step 18: Serve Egg Lifafa Paratha along with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, Tomato Chutney or any other chutney of your choice
