Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes have softened.
Add the whisked eggs to the pan and stir gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled.
Remove the pan from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
