Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Egg and Bread Fried Rice recipe, chop the onion finely
Step 2: Break eggs to a bowl and whisk it
Step 3: Keep aside
Step 4: You can use cooked rice or leftover rice
Step 5: Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil, add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds
Step 6: Once it splutters add onion and saute well
Step 7: Once the onion becomes translucent, add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes
Step 8: Reduce the flame to medium
Step 9: Pour the eggs and scramble them
Step 10: Add crushed pepper, sambar powder an required salt
Step 11: Combine everything together and cook until the eggs are completely cooked
Step 12: Tear the bread slices roughly and add to the cooked eggs
Step 13: Mix everything together until the breads are coated well
Step 14: Add little more oil if needed
Step 15: Add cooked rice and mix
Step 16: Stir well on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
Step 17: Check for salt and garnish with coriander leaves
Step 18: Serve hot and enjoy
