Instructions
Preparation
- Steam the edamame and green peas for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed edamame and green peas using a fork or potato masher.
Add finely chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, salt, and chickpea flour to the mashed edamame and green peas. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten them slightly.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Shallow fry the flattened balls until they are golden brown on both sides.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
