Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add sliced mushrooms and green peas. Mix everything well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Once the vegetables are cooked and the water has evaporated, turn off the flame.
Serve it.
