Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Spread the almonds, walnuts and dry dates on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast the dry fruits for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown and fragrant.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the dry fruits cool completely.
Add the roasted dry fruits and dry dates to a food processor or blender.
Pulse for 1-2 minutes or until the dry fruits are ground into a fine powder.
Transfer the powder to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.
