Skimmed Milk
2 medium glass (500g)
Makhana
30 gm (30g)
Almond
10 gms (10g)
cardamom powder
1 tsp (2g)
Dry Dates (Chuara)

Instructions
Preparation
-Soak makhana and almonds in water for few mins before grinding.
- Wash chuara in running water.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, grind the makhana, soaked and peeled almonds into a smooth paste.
Heat milk in a pan over medium heat.
Add the washed dry fruit paste and whole 2-3 chuara (dry dates) to the milk and stir well.
Add cardamom powder to the milk and stir well.
Cook the milk on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a slightly thick consistency.
Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down for a few minutes.
Pour the milk into glasses and serve warm.
