Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Dragon Chicken Sizzler Recipe,Make the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried rice according the recipe provided in the link
Step 2: Keep it ready
Step 3: Next in a mixing bowl, add chicken along with ginger, garlic, egg, salt, red chilli flakes and corn flour
Step 4: Mix everything well and keep it aside to marinate
Step 5: Next, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan
Step 6: Add onion, capsicum, baby corn, carrots and saute them till they are a little soft yet crunchy
Step 7: This will take about 2- 3 minutes
Step 8: Keep it aside
Step 9: Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken
Step 10: Fry it from all the sides till they are soft and crunchy
Step 11: This will take about 5 to 6 minutes
Step 12: You can also deep fry them
Step 13: Keep it aside
Step 14: Again heat some oil in a heavy bottomed pan
Step 15: Add ginger, garlic, red chillies and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes
Step 16: After 1 to 2 minutes, add in the schezwan sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup, salt required, fried chicken and the sauteed vegetables
Step 17: Toss everything well for about a minute and our chicken is ready
Step 18: The next step is to make the vegetables for sizzler
Step 19: Heat oil in a wok
Step 20: Add ginger, garlic, red chillies and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
Step 21: After 1-2 minutes, add in the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes till the water dries up
Step 22: Mushroom leaves water while cooking
Step 23: Next, add carrot, asparagus, onions, teriyaki sauce, salt and white pepper powder
Step 24: Cook everything till the vegetables become soft
Step 25: Do not overcook it as we want vegetables to be a little crunchy
Step 26: Switch off the gas and keep it aside
Step 27: Now to assemble, place the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried rice in the centre
Step 28: Add the Dragon Chicken and Vegetables on both the sides and French Fried with Vegetables
Step 29: Serve hot
Step 30: Serve Dragon Chicken Sizzler on its own or along with Vegetarian Momo or Chicken Schezwan Momo and a cilled glass of wine for your dinner or brunch
